WP Plugins to Start You Making Money Blogging

A self-hosted, WordPress blog is a powerful tool for making money blogging.  It’s a new phenomenon of the 21st century to have such incredible software available for free.  Don’t you think?

However, no one yet has figured out how to make one software perfect for anyone, including you that want to be making money blogging or doing any blogging of any kind.

Believe it or not, WordPress is exactly that.  By creating a massive open source forum, the WordPress developers created a large pool of software developers that could create add on programs (or WP Plugins) so you can customize your blog.

Before ever posting a single thing to your blog, it is important all the configuration elements are in place.  This is essential to having a website blog ready to help you start making money blogging the fastest and easiest way possible.

Here are the 11 WP plugins you really must have….

1. Akismet – Anti spam
2. Pretty Link or GoCodes for Link Tracking
3. All in One SEO, or Greg’s HP SEO, or HeadSpace2 SEO for SEO
4. Google Analyticator – for your Google analytics
5. Digg-digg for Retweets, Digg and Google Buzz
6. Sociable or Sexy Bookmarks for readers to bookmark you
7. FD Feedburner for your RSS feed
8. TinyMCE Advanced for improving your WYSIWYG interface in the editor
9. CBnet Ping Optimizer for pinging your blog
10. XML-Sitemap to auto generate and update your sitemap for the search engines
11. Twitter Tools to send your posts to Twitter

All of the above wp plugins are free, however some additional premium WP plugins I personally won’t do without for making money blogging online I will show you in the next post.
